Questions

Do I need my phone with me?
No. Your watch records on its own, even with no connection. Recordings sync to your iPhone when you're back in range, and go to your agent from there.
Why not just talk to my agent directly?
Then you're on your phone, waiting for a reply. With Ramble you say it and keep going. Your agent works on it while you get on with your day.
Why not use my agent's own app?
Most agent apps don't have a real Watch app, and the ones that do need a connection. Ramble records with no phone and no signal, queues everything up, and makes sure each thought reaches your agent once you're back online. It's also simple on purpose: you say it and move on, instead of staring at your phone waiting for a reply.
Does my agent reply on my watch?
No, and that's the point. Nothing pulls you back in. You check in with your agent when you're ready.
How fast does it get to my agent?
Transcription takes seconds. After that it depends on your agent: some pick it up right away, others check in on a schedule.
What does the relay store?
Only the text waiting for your agent, with when it was recorded and how long it was, plus what it needs to route it. Text is deleted when your agent picks it up, or after 30 days if it never does. No audio, no accounts, no names, emails, or IP addresses. Privacy policy.
Do webhooks still work?
Yes. Ramble can still send every transcript to your own HTTPS endpoint, alongside your agent or instead of it. Webhook docs.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Purchases go through Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
